Episode 162

Past Master at the Double Commentary

This week, we head back to the planet Necros to revisit Doctor Who’s most entertaining funeral: we’re joined by healers, cosmeticians, mercenaries and a great, big bomb — but you should definitely avoid the canapés at the wake. This one’s certainly a revelation, a Revelation of the Daleks.

Revelation of the Daleks was released on DVD in 2005/2006. (Amazon US) (Amazon UK)

  1. Hello team.

I was (and still am) a regular listener of The Doctor Who Show podcast, and that’s where I heard about your excellent podcasts.

I began re-watching Doctor Who all the way through, in order, a couple of years ago and I’m now midway through the Moffat era, and I’ve also just caught up with all 162 of your episodes. I love Flight Through Entirety so much. The commentary episodes are particularly fun, especially with a few alcoholic beverages on hand. Thank you for creating such excellent content. I eagerly await your next episode.

P.S. If any of you are interested in some not so subtle Doctor Who themed (among other things) black metal, my bandcamp page is http://celestialshadows.bandcamp.com

    Thanks again.
